Kate’s song Beep Beep is now released on the Bright Colours album by 2TQTS on Big Swifty Records. This incredibly infectious song is the most highly rated and purchased track on the album in the ITunes store. Other top drawer songwriters on this album are Alex James (Blur),Chris Neil (worked with Celine Dion, A-Ha and The Moody Blues), Nicky Chinn (Blockbuster, Devil Gate Drive, Tiger Feet) and Martin Sutton (Brittania High)
Kate Stephenson grew up in Yorkshire, started playing drums aged 12 and became pro at 17. In the past she has had the pleasure and privilege of working with some wonderful musicians (Midge Ure, Sam Brown, Dave Gilmour, Eric Clapton, Herbie Flowers, Marcella Detroit, Honeycrack, Martin Stephenson and the Daintees, Jackdaw 4, Rietta Austin). She now combines her songwriting with Television voice over work.
